Shipping & Returns Policies
No return on furniture or broken items. See shipping policy for items broken in shipment. All other items can be returned or exchanged. Store Credit given on returned items as long as they are in new condition and returned within 15 days of order placed. Customer responsible for shipping costs of returned or exchanged items back to Prairie Porch.
Orders ship either UPS ground or USPS based on best shipping rate. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order for shipment. All orders ship from Arlington SD so depending on shipping location, please allow 2-7 days for transit times. No shipping to PO Boxes or outside the continental United States. Must report shipping damage immediately upon delivery. If a replacement is available one will be sent. If not, a full refund for the broken or defective item will be given.
